    • Histórico(s) do(s) curso(s) superior(es) em PDF;
    • Link de acesso ao Currículo Lattes atualizado;
    • Cópia da Carteira de identidade e CPF, Passaporte ou CNH em PDF;
    • Comprovante de proficiência em língua estrangeira (Inglês): EPEx – Exame de Proficiência para o Exterior; outros exames de proficiência também serão aceitos, como o TOEFL CBT e IBT, IELTS, Cambridge Exams, com comprovação de proficiência mínima correspondente a B2 (CEFR).
    • Um pequeno texto contando as razões pelas quais você gostaria de cursar a disciplina que escolheu. O arquivo deve ser em PDF.
